Day 30

So far I learned I have to exercise...Duh! I have to not eat after 6 or 7pm. I have to eat regularly and not deny myself sweets. Must learn moderation!

Month one and I'm down almost five pounds. I'm 5 and a half pounds behind schedule, but I've made progress and I've learned.

I can do this.

Starting Weight: 250 Pounds
Weight Now: 245.7 Pounds

  1. I was looking for someone just like me or close anyway. You seem close based on what I've read. I have lost but it was hard, I watched what I ate, worked out hard and just kept it up. The support of a husband and family makes it easier. You seem to have a great husband one that can communicate with you and the fact that he's doing it with you is great. just keep it up and enjoy the benifits of losing and loving.
